Printing to uniFLOW (Canon Printers) was working but suddenly no print jobs show up
In the task bar in the bottom right of screen, click the caret (^).
If the uniFLOW symbol appears: Right click it
- Select "About"
- This screen appears:
- Click on "Reset Location" - selection boxes will grey out. When they turn black again,
- Click on "Re-register"
- Click on "Ok"
- Go to printer, enter your PIN, and the print jobs should be in the list.
In the task bar in the bottom right of screen, click the caret (^). If NO uniFLOW symbol appears.
- In the search bar (bottom left) type in: uniFLOW
- The uniFLOW app will appear in the list - select "Pin to Task Bar"
- Double click on the uniFLOW app in the task bar. A message stating "Another uniFLOW SmartCllient instance is already running on this computer. This instance will be closed " will appear. Click "OK"
- In the task bar in the bottom right of screen, click the caret (^). If the uniFLOW symbol appears. Right click on it.
- Select "About"
- This screen appears:
- Click on "Reset Location" - selection boxes will grey out. When they turn black again,
- Click on "Re-register"
- Click on "Ok"
- Go to printer, enter your PIN, and the print jobs should be in the list.
