Uniflow printing using Chrome Extension

Modified on Wed, Feb 12 at 10:12 AM

The Chrome Extension

If you are logged into Chrome with your PUSD (pleasantonusd.net) account, you should see the Chrome extension installed.

Click the extension and sign in (using your pleasantonusd.net credentials)

Once that is done, when you try to print from Chrome, you should see a printer called uniFLOW.

You can get your print job from any uniFLOW copier on campus.

***IMPORTANT NOTE***

You must sign in to the uniFLOW chrome extension for any new device you are using.  It does not save across profiles/devices.

Getting Your Print Job

From the home screen click the SECURE PRINT button (if you are not on the home screen, click the home button).

Once logged in, you will see a list of your print jobs in queue. Tap the item you want to print and then tap the 'Print and Delete' button. Use the 'Options' button to set options like staple or # of copies.

Troubleshooting FAQ

  1. I do not see Uniflow as a printer option.

Answer: Check the extension icon.  If there is a red exclamation mark (see image below), this means you are not signed in.  Click on the extension icon and sign in.

  1. The print option keeps spinning and won’t let me select a printer to print.

Answer: Send your print jobs to mobileprint@pleasantonusd.us.uniflowonline.com. Attach any file of the supported file types to your email, and it will be sent to your secure printing queue. The maximum file size is 100 MB.
