Mirror your Macbook screen to Viewsonic:
If you have a macbook, click on the top right hand corner and select Screen mirroring. Select VS RM# to display your screen.
Mirror your Chromebook screen to Viewsonic:
If using a Chromebook, open the chrome browser and click on the three dots at the top right hand corner and select Cast
Select the option to cast only a Tab or whole desktop and select the VS Rm#
Using a Document camera with ViewSonic
There are various options available in the rooms.
Usb connected to VS
Please see if this is connected to the Viewsonic directly via a cable.
Please click on the home button on the Viewsonic and look for the HDMI icon at the bottom left corner.
Select that input source and the document camera will display on the Viewsonic.
- Usb connected to laptop
Please connect the document camera to the laptop using the USB cable
Open the Visualizer app on laptop/Chromebook
- Make sure the document camera is turned on.
