Mirror your Macbook screen to Viewsonic:

If you have a macbook, click on the top right hand corner and select Screen mirroring. Select VS RM# to display your screen.

Mirror your Chromebook screen to Viewsonic:

If using a Chromebook, open the chrome browser and click on the three dots at the top right hand corner and select Cast

Select the option to cast only a Tab or whole desktop and select the VS Rm#

Using a Document camera with ViewSonic

There are various options available in the rooms.

  • Usb connected to VS

                                           


  • Please see if this is connected to the Viewsonic directly via a cable. 

  • Please click on the home button on the Viewsonic and look for the HDMI icon at the bottom left corner.

  • Select that input source and the document camera will display on the Viewsonic.


  • Usb connected to laptop
    • Please connect the document camera to the laptop using the USB cable 

    • Open the Visualizer app on laptop/Chromebook 


  • Make sure the document camera is turned on.
