No Signal Message

This document helps in case you want to use the chrome box on the ViewSonic and you do not see the icon to click on or a "No Signal" message pops up



You will have to locate the chromebox at the back of the Viewsonic. It is in the rectangular box with the latch. 

If you open the box, the chromebox is velcroed to the back.  


You would need to locate the power button for the chromebox as shown below.



Please check if the Chromebox light is blinking. This means it has gone into sleep mode.  

You will need to press the button once to bring it to awake mode.


Note: It is recommended to install the Keep Awake extension 


Once installed make sure it's set to the sunrise icon ☀️ on the browser on chromebox. That prevents the chromebox from going to sleep. The icon image is shown below.
