The viewsonic has various switches available to turn off the power. If you do not see a light on the power button on front panel, you might want to check the following:
- Check if the main power plug plugged into a working socket?
- Check if the switch shown below is turned off. You can find it right below where the pens are held on to the front magnetic area marked.

- Check if the main power is turned off at the back panel. You will have to open the black box at the back of the VS and toggle the switch as shown
