Connect your USB printer cable to your MacBook
Go to System Preferences
Click on Printers and Scanners
Click on the plus + sign to add a printer
Sort by Kind→ We are looking for the USB connected printer
Select the printer and software and press Add button.
The software would generally select automatically. If not please raise a tech request.
The printer should now be available in the list of printers.
